These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of forexzambia.com and any related pages, content and services (together, the “Website”), operated by Forex Zambia (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Website you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Risk Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. About the Website
Forex Zambia is an independent educational and informational website about forex trading, brokers, proprietary trading firms and currency markets, with a focus on Zambia and Africa. We are not a broker, financial adviser or regulated financial services provider, and we do not give investment advice. See the Risk Disclaimer for important details.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Website. You are responsible for making sure that your use of the Website, and of any third-party service you reach through it, is lawful where you live.
3. Permitted and prohibited use
You may use the Website for your personal, non-commercial information and education. You agree not to:
- use the Website unlawfully, fraudulently or in a way that infringes anyone’s rights;
- copy, scrape, harvest, mirror, republish or systematically download our content, data, rates or statistics, or use automated tools (bots, crawlers) to do so, except normal search-engine indexing that respects our robots.txt;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, our servers, admin area or other users’ data, or probe, scan or test its security;
- introduce malware, overload or disrupt the Website, or interfere with its operation;
- submit false, misleading or abusive information, or use the newsletter or contact forms for spam or unsolicited promotion;
- use our content to give the impression that we endorse you or your business, or to promote scams, unlicensed financial services or illegal activity;
- frame, deep-link in a misleading way, or remove any copyright, trademark or attribution notices.
We may suspend or block access to anyone who breaches these Terms.
4. No investment, legal or tax advice; no offer
All content is general information and education only. It is not advice, a recommendation or an offer to buy or sell anything, and it does not take your personal circumstances into account. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and for any losses. Trading forex, CFDs and prop-firm evaluations carries a high risk of loss, as explained in our Risk Disclaimer.
5. Affiliate relationships and third-party services
- We earn commissions when you use some links on the Website (including forexzambia.com/go/… links) to sign up with or buy from third parties. This does not normally increase your cost.
- Your dealings with brokers, prop firms, data providers and other third parties are solely between you and them. We are not a party to those agreements and are not responsible for their products, prices, performance, availability, solvency, licensing, customer service, or their handling of your money or data.
- Offers, bonuses, fees and terms change frequently and may differ from what we show. Always check the third party’s official terms.
- We do not guarantee that any third-party service will be suitable, lawful for you, or free of errors or fraud.
6. Accuracy of content and data
We try to keep the Website accurate and current, but we do not warrant that any content, rate, statistic, review, comparison, chart or commentary is accurate, complete, timely or error-free. Exchange rates and statistics are indicative, may come from third-party sources, and are not dealing prices. Content may contain errors or become out of date. We may change, add or remove content at any time without notice.
7. Intellectual property
The Website’s design, text, articles, graphics, logos, compilations, data analysis and software are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Third-party names, logos and trademarks (including broker and prop-firm brands and TradingView®) belong to their owners, and their use here does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view the Website and to print or share short excerpts for personal, non-commercial use with clear attribution and a link back to the source page. Any other use requires our prior written permission.
8. Third-party content and embedded tools
The Website includes content and tools from third parties, such as TradingView charts. They are provided “as is”, are subject to the providers’ own terms, and we do not control or guarantee them. Links to other websites are for convenience only and do not mean we endorse or are responsible for them.
9. Communications and submissions
If you send us feedback, suggestions or other material, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use it to operate and improve the Website, without obligation to you. Do not send confidential information or sensitive personal data. Do not send us your trading passwords or financial account details.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Website and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability or freedom from viruses or errors, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we, our owners, contributors and affiliates will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or connected with your use of, or inability to use, the Website, or your reliance on its content, including trading losses, loss of profit, revenue, data or opportunity, or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, even if we were advised of the possibility. Where liability cannot be fully excluded, our total liability to you for all claims will be limited to K1,000 (one thousand Zambian Kwacha) or the amount you paid us (if any), whichever is greater. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, such as for fraud, wilful misconduct or, where applicable, your statutory consumer rights.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Forex Zambia and its owners, contributors and affiliates from any claim, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Website, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
13. Availability and changes to the Website
We may suspend, restrict, modify or discontinue the Website or any part of it at any time, for maintenance, security, legal or business reasons, without liability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or secure access.
14. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms or applicable law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law) will survive.
15. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights you may have elsewhere, the courts of Zambia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Before starting any formal proceedings, please contact us at [email protected] so we can try to resolve the matter informally.
17. General
- Entire agreement: these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Risk Disclaimer are the whole agreement between you and us about the Website.
- Severability: if any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
- No waiver: a failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it.
- Assignment: you may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may assign ours.

18. Changes to these Terms
